Research On Function Wetland Eco-planning Of 'Preliminary Urban Village' In The Perspective Of The Watershed

As a complex social phenomenon,village in the city arises under the background of rapid urbanization.It is an inevitable product of China's urbanization expansion.Since the emergence and growth of urban villages are a process,this paper defines the concept of early urban villages: from being incorporated into the urban construction area,the villages inside and outside the village undergo drastic changes to the urban villages that basically transform into stable urban communities.Early urban villages generally retain more natural ecological resources,and there are available wetland resources in and around them,so it is necessary to protect and utilize them.As a special dwelling unit to be renovated and constructed in the early stage,the ecological land,especially the precious wetland resources,should be preserved and optimized no matter whether it is renovated or retained.Watershed is a basic ecological unit in the hydrological ecological environment.Due to the continuity and systematic requirements of wetland,wetland planning should be implemented from the perspective of watershed.Therefore,the study of early urban village wetland planning from the perspective of river basin avoids the isolated ecological environment of urban village in the future,which is conducive to shaping the ecological environment of urban village and improving the ecological environment within the river basin.In this paper,the planning and construction of Xiamen maluan bay new city with a large number of early urban villages in recent years is selected as an example.In the early stage,the village in the city faces two major problems--the disappearance of wetland resources and the mismatch between the future of the village and the surrounding urban land.Therefore,based on the existing planning intention,this paper carried out functional wetland planning for early urban villages from the perspective of river basin,and proposed three levels of construction: combing the wetland within the basin as the premise of early urban village wetland planning;According to the wetland ecological planning and design within the sub-watershed including the earlyurban village,the ecological advantages of the early urban village wetland in the sub-watershed should be brought into play.The design and construction method of functional wetland within the scope of independent urban villages.Finally,the paper summarizes the basic model of wetland planning in early urban villages from the perspective of watershed,which has important guiding significance for promoting ecological construction of human settlements.
