As a trendy product now buried in pipelines.Want to pour out of the cross-sectional shape of the pipe gallery needs internal template as internal support,the predecessor of the internal template design mostly stay in the wood material and manual mold collection mold,which resulted in the template structure is easy to damage,pouring process easy to slip,Extremely low efficiency and a series of problems.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a rigid template mechanism which uses hydraulic system as power element and hydraulic force to complete some movements such as mold supporting and collecting.The whole machine can rely on the hydraulic motor to drive the wheels to move forward and backward by themselves,Ensure the quality of the organization and the quality of the finished pipe.The first half of this article introduces the structure and hydraulic system of prefabricated pipe gallery.Since the upper plate is completed by four cylinders in the process of lifting,this poses the problem that if the cylinder movement is slight Synchronization will cause a lot of partial load force and torque,thus damaging the template body and tube gallery products,the importance of four-cylinder synchronization is self-evident.The second part of this paper focuses on multi-cylinder synchronous control strategy.After consulting a large number of data related to synchronization,it is found that most of the previous methods of synchronization use master-slave and equivalent or use synchronous valves.In this paper,closed-loop dual-channel master-slave plus synchronous control is adopted,which combines master-slave and equivalent control The advantages are also improved over the synchronous valve control.First,the establishment of the mathematical model of the control system is completed,the relevant control parameters are calculated,and the stability of the system is verified by the knowledge of control engineering.Afterwards,the simulation experiment was carried out by using the control system simulation software.The purpose of doing so was to predict the effect of the synchronization control one step before the experiment.Through the simulation experiment we can see that the synchronization of the four cylinders can not be effectively guaranteed,so we need to introduce the control algorithm.This paper discusses the PID control algorithm and fuzzy PID control algorithm to improve the synchronization accuracy.At this point,the theoretical part of this article is completed.The last is the experimental verification,as the design of the pipe gallery has not yet been produced by the physical plant,so choose to build a laboratory bench to complete the experiment instead of the experiment In lieu of the experiment,two-cylinder synchronization was used instead of four-cylinder synchronization,because they are logically connected.Through the experimental curve we can see that the synchronization control method chosen in this paper is feasible.
