| This paper proposes a new type of prefabricated pipe gallery,which is designed to solve the problems of transportation difficulty,high quality of components,inconvenient installation on site and so on in the existing prefabricated pipe gallery,and divides the pipe gallery cabin into prefabricated roof,bottom plate and side plate.The plates are connected with the steel plates embedded in the upper members and the concrete grooves reserved in the lower members by means of socket and insert,and the steel plates and concrete grooves are bonded by structural adhesive.In order to explore the joint and overall mechanical performance of the combined prefabricated pipe gallery,the following research was carried out in this paper:(1)study on design method of connection node of prefabricated pipe gallery;(2)experimental study on the mechanical performance of combined prefabricated pipe gallery connection joints;(3)study on the overall mechanical performance of prefabricated pipe corridors;(4)comparison between numerical model analysis and experimental results.Through experiments and finite element analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)the cementing effect of joints has a great influence on the bearing capacity of joint specimens under the condition of bending shear;(2)by comparing the joint test with the theoretical calculation,the formula for calculating the cementation depth of the composite prefabricated pipe gallery joint steel plate is presented,which can provide a certain theoretical reference for practical engineering;(3)the combined prefabricated pipe gallery has good bearing capacity and high reliability of connection nodes.In the overall test,the bending moment at the bottom corner reaches 1.38 times of the design condition.Under the action of load,its overall stability is good,and it has a good safety reserve to meet the needs of actual engineering. |
