Under the background of vigorously promoting the prefabricated construction mode,promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and promoting green,energy saving and sustainable development,prefabricated construction mode is adopted in more and more urban underground Integrated pipe gallery project.However,this kind of construction method is unfamiliar to workers,relevant technology and personnel are not enough.Integrated pipe gallery usually requires large investment,and takes a long period of construction and operation time.As one kind of corridor gathered many kinds of municipal public facilities,there are many interest main body are involved during contruction and operation period.of the Integrated pipe gallery involve many stakeholders.Therefore,it is an important task to fully understand and deal with the possible risks to ensure the contruction and operation of the project.This thesis prepared from the perspective of the whole life cycle of a project,takeing prefabricated concrete Integrated pipe gallery as research subject,the evaluation of risk and risk countermeasure effect as research target,to explore the evaluation method of risk and risk countermeasure effect of prefabricated concrete Integrated pipe gallery within the whole life cycle.The thesis divides the whole life cycle of prefabricated concrete Integrated pipe gallery into five stages: planning stage,design stage,production and processing stage,construction and installation stage,operation and maintenance stage,and expatiates the content and identify the risk factors of each stage.The thesis prepared based on the basic principle of risk analysis,evaluation and management,using the method of questionnaire survey,collecting professional experts preliminary evaluation of risk and risk countermeasure indicators,then fully analyze and evaluate the risk using the method of analytic hierarchy process,the risk countermeasure effect is analyzed as well.The thesis rate the risk countermeasure effect after fruther study using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,In this way,the evaluation system of risk and the effect of risk countermeasures is constructed.Finally,the thesis takes a underground prefabricated concrete integrated pipe gallery project and a pilot integrated pipe gallery project as examples,make comprehensive evaluation of the risks in each stage of the two projects,using the risk and risk countermeasure effect evaluation method constructed in the thesis,rate of risk countermeasure provid in the two projects are made as well.Conclusions obtained from the two projects verified the practicability of the research results.The risk evaluation and risk countermeasure effect rating obtained from the thesis can provide targeted guidance for the risk response of the prefabricated concrete integrated pipe gallery project,and provide beneficial reference for the formulation of project risk countermeasures,which has certain application value and theoretical significance.There are 15 figures,61 tables and 92 references...
