Research On The Construction Of Financial Sharing Service Center Of ZT Group

With the continuous development of the global economy,the scale of enterprises has become larger and larger,and a globalized and grouped business model has gradually formed.However,this model has brought many problems to the enterprise,such as the sudden increase in costs and the weakening of financial management and control.Therefore,a new type of financial management model is needed to solve these problems.Many large enterprises choose to build FSSCs to solve the problems existing in financial management and control of enterprises.The practice of many large enterprises at home and abroad has proven that the financial sharing center can reduce financial costs,strengthen group financial management and control,and promote financial transformation and development.This paper selects the construction industry company ZT Group as the research object.After observing the decentralized financial management model of ZT Group through field practice observations,it is found that ZT Group has high financial labor costs,weak financial management control,and business Problems are complicated and inefficient,and financial management and supervision functions are neglected.Aiming at these problems existing in ZT Group,a proposal for constructing a FSSC was proposed,and its feasibility was demonstrated from three aspects: industry background,ZT Group's strategic orientation,and technical background.Secondly,based on the SPORTS method,the scheme design of ZT Group's FSSC was carried out from six aspects: location selection,process design,organizational management,rules and regulations,technology platform,and service level.Third,the comparative analysis method was used to pre-evaluate the operating effect of the ZT Group's FSSC.Finally,it puts forward safeguard measures against the difficulties encountered by the ZT Group in operating the FSSC.This article uses the SPORTS method to build a financial sharing service center for the ZT Group,which can not only verify the theoretical method of building a financial sharing service center,but also enrich the construction of the financial sharing center.At the same time,it has a certain guiding role in the construction of a financial shared service center and the solution of financial management and control issues in China's construction industry.
