In order to address the problems caused by the theory of division of labor,the theory of business process reengineering was born.Business process reengineering refers to eliminate redundant,non-value-added processes.The essence of financial shared services is to change the business process.The Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)uses the information system to concentrate the basic financial work in the sharing center,which can reduce cost and enhance efficiency and management ability.Based on this,a number of enterprises set up FSSC.The application of financial shared service in China is relatively late,and a complete set of theories on the construction strategy of financial shared service has not been formed.Most enterprises do not have a clear understanding of the financial sharing center,blindly copying foreign experience,there are many issues in the financial sharing center.With the development of new technologies,FSSC has ushered in a new round of reform.Given the above background,this paper selects Z Company,a benchmark enterprise in the field of financial sharing services in China,as a case,and studies the construction strategies and effects of Z Company’s FSSC.The research is mainly divided into the following four parts.First,the relevant literature and theoretical basis of financial sharing.Second,combined with the case of Z Company,a complete set of FSSC construction strategy is summarized,that is "2+4" model.Thirdly,the results of Z Company’s FSSC are analyzed by using the method of questionnaire survey.Fourthly,combining with the future development trend and challenges of the FSSC,it puts forward optimization suggestions for the FSSC.By analyzing the construction cases of benchmark enterprises,this paper comprehensively summarizes a set of construction strategies of FSSC.This paper analyzes the merits,problems and results of its construction strategy by questionnaire survey.Table proposals.It is expected to provide reference for other enterprises who want to build and optimize FSSC.
