In the liberalization of trade and the rapid development of information technology in modern times,multinational companies and large enterprise groups accelerating economic globalization layout,promoted the exploring and reforming in enterprise management,promote enterprise financial departments to function transformation,from the traditional accounting model to the financial management,strategic control,provides the value chain of business support and decision support.The establishment of Financial Sharing Center is an important and solid first step in financial transformation.Since the Financial Sharing Service originated from Ford in the 1980 s and Ate successfully established the Financial Sharing Service Center in China,more than 100 large group enterprises in China have established their own Financial Sharing Centers in just over 30 years,achieving remarkable development.With the comprehensive promotion of FAW Group’s strategic layout of "research,production,supply and marketing,financial sector,logistics and mobile travel service and other fields,multi-subsidiary and transregional operation",the Financial Shared Center came into being.In January 2019,the financial sharing center of joint-stock company was first put into operation.In the three years of operation practice,the financial sharing center has effectively solved the practical problems in the development process of enterprises,ensured the stability and reliability of financial information,comprehensively improved the quality of financial services and work efficiency,promoted the financial transformation,and helped enterprises to build an industry-leading financial control system.At the same time,the financial sharing service center also has some operation and use problems,involving organizational structure,business process,information system,personnel management and other aspects.In order to solve the problem effectively,this paper studies and optimizes the operation and management of FAW Financial Shared Center.In this paper,the Financial Sharing Center of FAW Group is selected as the specific object,based on the process reengineering theory and resource allocation theory,and the method of literature analysis and case analysis is comprehensively used to carry out the research.First of all,the status quo of FAW Joint Stock Company and Financial Sharing Center is sorted out and introduced.In this process,the existing problems of financial sharing center are identified and the causes of the problems are analyzed based on the actual situation.Secondly,it puts forward specific optimization plan from the organizational structure,information system and business process of FAW Financial Sharing Center,which is also the focus and difficulty of this paper.Finally,the paper summarizes and draws a conclusion.This paper is a specific study to solve the problems existing in the financial sharing center in the practical work field.It has reference significance for the optimization and upgrading of the financial sharing center and the long-term financial strategic planning of enterprises.In addition,this paper can also provide experience and reference for the introduction and management of other auto manufacturing Financial Sharing Centers to a certain extent. |
