Research On Business Process Optimization Of Z Group's Financial Shared Center Based On RPA Technolog

In the contemporary context of rapid global economic development and severe competition among enterprises,modern large groups have shifted from competition between value chains to competition in software and hardware technology applications.In this modern new form of competition,financial sharing centers have emerged.But with the development of the times and the needs of enterprises,the financial sharing center also needs to be upgraded with the progress of technology,and its demand for the most convenient software and hardware for deployment is increasing rapidly.The essence of financial sharing centers is to receive,summarize,record,calculate,and send financial information,which is their basic job.However,outdated information systems and work models have become cumbersome,and how to make a transformation is something that financial managers should explore.Z Group is the first construction enterprise in China to establish a national financial sharing center,and also the first construction enterprise in China to adopt domestic databases and apply them to financial systems.Therefore,the financial sharing center of Z Group is more mature than other similar enterprises,and Z Group is planning to develop into an intelligent financial sharing stage.Therefore,this article selects Z Group’s financial sharing center as the case company.Firstly,based on the relevant literature at home and abroad,this article elaborates on the concepts of RPA technology,financial sharing center,and business process optimization,and uses standard process operation theory,business process reengineering theory,and information management theory as guiding theories.Secondly,this article discusses and analyzes the current business process status of Z Group’s financial sharing center,and explores the macro and related business process issues that currently exist in the financial sharing center.Subsequently,the DMAIC method was used to optimize the original business processes based on RPA technology,and the system that should be configured for the optimized financial sharing center was introduced.Based on the needs of the sharing center,the conditions required for the optimized RPA execution business process of the financial sharing center were analyzed.Finally,clarify the research conclusions drawn from the analysis in this article and make prospects for the future transformation direction of financial sharing centers.I hope to provide reference for similar enterprises or other large enterprises to optimize financial sharing centers based on RPA financial robots.
