| Financial sharing service will be a brand new way of operation,which can further improve the company’s management efficiency and develop better.Because the research on enterprise financial information resource sharing business can not only make the theoretical connotation of enterprise financial management more comprehensive,but also make the research field of enterprise financial work broader.It is also of great significance to point out the corresponding strategies of enterprise financial management information resource sharing and the improvement of resource adjustment and management ability of Chinese electric power enterprises.With the changes of the times,financial sharing centers have become the future development trend of the financial operation mode for large-scale enterprises.The case of this study selected A Power Group,whose financial sharing center has been established and has made certain explorations in construction,such as the establishment of hardware institutions and research on automation equipment.However,it is currently only in the exploratory stage and has not made any substantial changes to the actual business of subsidiary companies.Therefore,the financial management mode of the company still remains in the traditional business stage,The exploration and research on its institutional and implementation framework need to be systematically and professionally carried out.This article is based on the inspection of relevant literature,it clarifies the relevant concepts of the financial sharing center,and also lays a good theoretical foundation for the subsequent research.Firstly,it discusses the basic situation of A Power Group and the actual situation of financial management,and shares the main problems in its current financial management work,such as the relatively complicated process and fuzzy division of power.The feasibility and necessity of the center were analyzed in more depth,and then based on the determination of the goals and principles of the construction of the A Power Group Financial Shared Service Center,the specific construction plan was pointed out,including operation management,organizational structure and other aspects.On the basis of the effective combination with the specific implementation of the financial shared service,a comprehensive exploration is carried out mainly through the company’s informatization management level,development strategy positioning,etc.,and the overall structure and Based on this theory,we can conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company’s focus and applicability under various corporate financial shared service models,and then to some extent,we can provide specific steps for Chinese companies to build a corporate financial shared service platform in the future. |
