Research On The Construction Of Financial Sharing Service Center Of H Group

With the deepening of the trend of economic globalization and the rapid expansion of the scale of group enterprises,in order to enhance their competitiveness in the fierce market environment,many group enterprises begin to seek new ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency,and emphasize that the finance department,as the core department of the enterprise,needs to provide decision-making services for the production and operation mode of the enterprise.This prompts the financial departments of each group enterprise to actively change the department mode from basic accounting management to strategic management,forming a new management mode--financial sharing service center,which is born from the operation of financial sharing service concept.Using theoretical analysis and case analysis,this paper takes the construction of financial sharing service center mode of H Group,a large provincial state-owned construction enterprise group,as the research object.This paper discusses the basic path of H Group,which is in the critical period of transformation,to strengthen management and control,reduce operating costs,unify business processes,and realize "integration of industry and finance" and "integration of items and enterprises" by constructing financial sharing service center.Firstly,this paper systematically analyzes the feasibility and necessity of building a financial sharing service center in view of the difficulties,insufficient control and low efficiency of the current financial management mode of H Group.Secondly,based on the overall strategic development goal of the group,this paper analyzes the strategic goal,strategic structure,strategic function and construction principle of the financial sharing service center to clarify the strategic positioning of H Group in the construction of the financial sharing service center,and formulates a detailed construction plan for the organizational structure design and business process design of the shared service center.Finally,this paper analyzes the expected operation effect of H Group’s construction of financial sharing service center,and puts forward relevant safeguard measures and suggestions from the perspectives of establishing policy and regulation database,building talent team,promoting the construction of "intelligent finance" and establishing risk management system.This paper believes that the current traditional financial management mode of large enterprises is generally characterized by insufficient control and financial trust Interest quality and financial management efficiency under the problem.To this end,the construction of financial sharing service center is the majority of enterprise finance.The common means of management transformation,which is to reduce cost and increase efficiency,improve the rational allocation of human resources and enterprise financial procedures information.The degree of promoting the integration of industry and finance plays an important role.However,the successful construction of a financial shared service center requires a combination of enterprises.Current financial development,by defining the strategic positioning of the financial sharing service center,the organizational structure of the center,and to.On this basis,the financial process is re-established and implemented from the aspects of system,information technology,human resources,risk control and so on.Safeguard measures,so as to obtain the expected benefits of the implementation of financial sharing services,to play the role of financial management.It is expected that the research conclusions of this paper can provide reference for H Group and other similar enterprises that want to build financial shared service centers.
