With the continuous improvement of chip integration and signal processing speed,the continuous increase of circuit functions and the continuous reduction of volume of PCB(Printed Circuit Board),at the same time,most of the PCBs are equipped with mixed digital and analog circuits,high and low frequency coexist,and the electromagnetic environment is becoming more and more complex.This brings many problems to the circuit and PCB design,especially the EMC(Electromagnetic Compatibility)problem.So it is very important to analyze and optimize the EMC problem in the process of designing circuit and PCB.Taking the control PCB of the magnetic control reactor as an example,this paper studies the EMC of PCB.First of all,starting with the structure and principle of the control PCB of the magnetic control reactor,combined with the basic requirements of electromagnetic compatibility and the electromagnetic compatibility problems of the PCB,this paper analyzes the general methods to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the PCB,and probes into the electromagnetic interference source in the actual work of the control circuit.Then,aiming at the control circuit of the magnetic control reactor,the EMC problem is studied and analyzed from the two levels of circuit and PCB.On the circuit level,through experimental observation,the influence of interference source on the normal operation of control circuit is analyzed.At the PCB level,the model and Simulation of the circuit board are carried out by cadence simulation tool to simulate the influence of the interference source on the control PCB under the actual working conditions,and the near-field radiation conditions of different interference sources and observation points are compared.Then,based on the analysis of the simulation results,the specific measures to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the PCB are proposed.Finally,according to EMC analysis,calculation and simulation results of the magnetic control reactor control circuit and PCB,the circuit is improved;the component location,line layer,routing layout and structure of PCB are optimized,and the optimized PCB design is simulated,the results show that the optimized control PCB has better EMC performance.
