Automotive electronic control systems continue to upgrade and degree of intelligencecontinues to improve, the car has become a high-tech electronic products for a highlyintelligent products, electronic products widely used in the car, it is getting morecomplicated electromagnetic environment, automotive electromagnetic compatibility studyis particularly important. Efficient, stable and accurate electronic engine control system forelectromagnetic compatibility also put forward higher requirements. The ECU is the coreof the engine control system, related to various properties of the normal driving, while theECU port harness and the internal high-frequency circuit is easily coupled into theelectromagnetic interference, causing ECU misuse and affecting its normal work. StudyingECU electromagnetic compatibility is to ensure that the ECU and the car electrical andelectronic equipment do not influence each other, stable work in a variety of cars withelectromagnetic environment, without undue electromagnetic interference caused byanything in this environment. Therefore, the study of automotive electronic control systemhas important theoretical and practical value. This article mainly aimed at theelectromagnetic compatibility of the gasoline engine ECU to conduct the research, theresearch content has been as follows:(1)This article has studied the primary coverage of automobile electromagneticcompatibility, the general method of electromagnetic compatibility hardware circuit design.It describes the international, regional electromagnetic compatibility standard-settingorganizations. This paper analyzes the content of the national standard reference in theexperimental design of this thesis, and related standards.(2)This paper analyzes the structure and function of the main chip and the processorof gasoline engine ECU in the design,which make good theoretical basis for the later theEMC hardware circuit design. According to the automotive environment and thecharacteristics of automotive electrical and electronic, This article researches and analyzesthe automobile major interference source,then,it further study ECU’s main source of interference and the coupling way.(3)According to the ECU sources of interference, this article analyzes andresearches the main design content and research methods of the gasoline engine ECU.Therefore, from the PCB design, power supply filtering and decoupling design, the sensorsignal processing circuit design, the ECU whole shield design and so on several aspects,itcarries on the electromagnetic compatibility design.(4)In accordance with the requirements of the electromagnetic compatibilitystandards,the paper designs EMC testing laboratories of ECU, testing whether it meets therequirement of national standards.
