As all kinds of vehicle electronic equipment is widely used in the hybrid electric vehicle, its performance is decided by the quality of electromagnetic environment, so the design of key component's electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) is essential, especially the DC/DC converter's EMC design. This paper presents an applicable idea of EMC design from two aspects: interference source and coupling path, after analyze the DC/DC converter's main circuit and shielding box's structure, optimize the current EMC design method.The EMC design method's interference reducing effect in this article is verified on a real design instance in two aspects: noise reduction of interference source and enhancement of coupling path's shielding effect. At one side, redesign the impedance mismatching nets which are coupling in simulation result of DC/DC converter's main circuit to make it harmony when working. On the other hand, this essay gives three ways to enhance the shielding effect of coupling path:(1) Add a conductive gasket on every screw connection hole to improve its electrical properties.(2) Fill the reserving holes with port connectors and find the best angle of connector's pin antenna array to lower the interference leaking.(3) Assemble the reserved holes on shielding box by the method which cause the minimum coupling.Finally, modify the instance appropriately by the method that mentioned above, use software Hyperlynx and CST MWS to simulate the model. The result indicates that impedance matching method lower the main circuit's coupling value from the interference source; the addition of conductive gasket and port connector reduce the antenna effect when filling the transmission holes; the optimization of pins antenna array's angle and connection holes' assembling improve the shielding effect of coupling path. All these simulation result prove that the method of this paper can increase the DC/DC converter's electromagnetic compatibility.
