In recent years,in order to improve the performance and reliability of locomotives,more and more railway communication signal equipment has been introduced.With the widening of the frequency band of electronic equipment,the increasing of power and sensitivity,the cable network connecting various devices is becoming more and more complex.Due to the bad electromagnetic environment of locomotives,some of these equipments are unstable after collision,and some of them fail to work under certain conditions of locomotives,resulting in serious economic losses.Therefore,electromagnetic compatibility becomes more and more important.Reducing the influence of electromagnetic interference on locomotive electronic components has become an important subject in locomotive control.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the research background of electromagnetic compatibility is introduced,and the research status of electromagnetic compatibility of railway train by scholars at home and abroad is mainly introduced.Secondly,the structure,technical description and main technical parameters of HXn5 K AC drive diesel locomotive are introduced in detail.In addition,the standard classification of electromagnetic compatibility is described in detail,and the fault cases caused by electromagnetic compatibility are analyzed,which leads to the technical difficulties of electromagnetic compatibility.Thirdly,the theory and method of electromagnetic topology are introduced,and the electromagnetic interference topology of train system is designed according to the actual situation of train.At the same time,the construction method of BLT model is studied,and the applicability of electromagnetic calculation method is discussed.Finally,the whole vehicle analysis and EMC design of the new diesel AC drive locomotive are considered.In the design of EMC,the interference sources in AC diesel locomotive are analyzed firstly,and the methods of optimizing wiring,shielding,grounding and filtering are adopted to reduce EMC.To solve the above problems,the EMC model is constructed and simulated by CableMod.The simulation results are compared with the EMC test results.The results show that the design of this paper effectively reduces the impact of EMI,and the locomotive is passed the type approval test smoothly.It has certain application value in practical engineering.
