In recent years,the urban rail transit industry has developed rapidly,and the trackless train have appeared in the choice of people’s travel methods with the advantages of high flexibility,fast speed,and large passenger capacity.Its safe and reliable operation has received more attention.and the electromagnetic compatibility performance of the trackless trains is an important factor affecting its safe operation.The electromagnetic environment on the trackless train is complicated,and its vehicle electrical equipment is large,and the wiring space is limited.The main interference sources mainly based on the five-in-one controller and traction motor will generate electromagnetic interference through conduction and radiation.This article studies the electromagnetic compatibility technology of the trackless train.First of all,the current status of electromagnetic compatibility research on electric vehicles and rail trains at home and abroad is described,and introduce the research statues of train grounding design and layout wiring design at home and abroad.After that,the electromagnetic compatibility theory was analyzed,and an equivalent circuit diagram was established through the coupling model,derive formulas to analyze the principle of capacitive and inductive between cables,the principle of electromagnetic field shielding,and the principle of cable shielding.Secondly,make electromagnetic compatibility design of trackless trains,includes grounding design and layout wiring design.Among them,The grounding design includes the safe ground design of the train,the grounding design of the train electrical equipment,the grounding design of key cables such as power cable and sensitive cables.The layout wiring design includes the layout design of the train equipment,the wiring design of under frame of the train,the wiring design of train roof,and internal cavity wiring design of the train.Then,use the CST simulation software to simulate high-risk areas on the train,the simulation content includes the interference of the roof dynamic cable to the CAN network cable and the interference of the bottom power cable to the pressure sensor cable.Through the comparison of the simulation calculation results,it was obtained that added a shielding woven network and optimized layout wiring to the cable can effectively suppress electromagnetic interference.Finally,the dynamic test of the full train radiation launching of the trackless trains.The test content includes the level of radiation launching within the frequency range of 150 k Hz ~1GHz under the traction work conditions and braking conditions.Including measurement in two ways: horizontal polarization and vertical polarization.Compared with the dynamic test limit in the standard,its dynamic test data meets the requirements.
