Research And Design On Electromagnetic Compatibility Of The Car-DVD Hardware Circuit

The research and design on Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) of the Car-DVD hardware circuit was carried on in this paper according to the project, which was proposed to tackle electromagnetic compatibility of the Car Multimedia entertainment production from the technical center in Zhenjiang Jiangkui Group. Electromagnetic Compatibility is a kind of comprehensive science. A lot of domains are involved in, such as the theory of electromagnetism, measurement of electromagnetism, electrotechnics, electronics, signal analysis, cybernation, mechanics, biomedicine, materials & technics etc. The problem on the study of EMC is very complex too. The research on electromagnetic compatibility shows the great significance in enhancing the electromagnetic compatibility of the electronic production and improving the people's living electromagnetic environment.Firstly, the concept of Electromagnetic Compatibility and the correlative regulations about the electromagnetic compatibility of this kind of the car electronic production were introduced. The main resource and the characteristic of the electromagnetic interference was studied, and the practical test spectrum of E-MARK and FCC was analyzed by wavelet. Secondly, a set of design project on the power supply filter was proposed on the basis of research and analysis. The project was tested on the present conditions and the prospective effect was achieved. Finally, the PCB was designed scientifically and rationally, which mainly influences the electromagnetic compatibility of this kind of electronic production. The components of this kind of production were selected rationally on the premise of analyzing the influence caused by the electric characteristics of these components to the electromagnetic compatibility.
