Research On S Project Construction Quality Management

In recent years,with the continuous development of society and economy,people's living standards have been increasing,and people's requirements for engineering quality have also been continuously improved.In recent years,the rapid development of the real estate and construction industry has accompanied many quality problems,which has led to many economic disputes and casualties,making the entire society pay more and more attention to engineering quality issues.Therefore,strengthening construction quality management is an inevitable choice to reduce the economic losses of enterprises and improve the quality level of engineering projects.This research takes the construction quality management as the direction,combines the current research status at home and abroad and the existing theoretical methods.Taking the S project as an example,the research focuses on the project's construction situation,and is guided by theories and methods related to construction quality management,such as comprehensive quality.Management theory,six sigma theory,causality analysis,PDCA cycle,etc.,carried out a detailed study on the construction quality management of S project,analyzed the status of project quality management,problems and reasons in management,and used the PDCA cycle system to implement a comprehensive Process quality control,continuously optimize and improve the quality control system,engage in the whole process of pre-control,in-event control and post-event control,and propose improvement measures from the five aspects of personnel,materials,technology,machinery,and environment to improve the construction quality of S project.The use of the PDCA cycle improvement system can continuously optimize the construction quality control system,find existing problems,propose solutions,and check the implementation results,so as to continuously optimize,improve,improve project construction quality,and achieve quality management goals.This research can provide a certain reference value for the optimized quality management and evaluation methods of many construction projects in China,and further improve the general environment of the domestic real estate construction industry,so that the overall quality of domestic construction projects can be improved.So that many companies can find a sustainable development road in the increasingly fierce industry competition.
