The Research On Engineering Project Quality Management Based On ISO9000Series Of Standards

With the development of China’s economic construction, and then appears the engineering construction projects which are quantity big and surface broad. The management level of our existing specialized engineering construction teams cannot meet the needs of engineering construction. It expressed in our construction quality problems have occurred, stabling project quality accident continued year after year, which cause huge losses of the state and the people’s lives and property.Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation on construction quality management, this thesis recognizes the existent problems of the construction quality management, and which caused great losses to the country and the people, then how to improve construction quality and safety research is necessary.Firstly, the thesis investigates the present situation of construction quality management and quality problems. It notes that the problems of construction quality and quality management are very serious, and we must be carefully studied and treated to improve construction quality and quality management.Then it analyzes the related subjects of the construction project, and finds that the construction projects quality mainly in six aspects; and it analyzes construction projects quality management of our country, and points that the problem is mainly in three aspects.Based on the front results, it studies from three aspects of quality management issues respectively.For quality awareness and attitude of staff, it notes that it should have reasonably effective system and quality responsibility with education and training to improve staff quality consciousness and sense of responsibility. For systemic problems of quality management, it proposes that the better quality management should be a systematic, planned work. It must establish a quality management system according to ISO9001standards.For the scientific methods of quality management, it suggests to use the working methods of PDCA cycle, and notes that the premise of using the PDCA cycle method is to do the five basic work of quality control, and also notes that it should be set quality control points to improve the efficiency of quality management.Finally, three scientific assurance measures which are the quality management system, PDCA cycle and setting up quality control point applied successfully in substation installation project.
