Research On Ground Emergency Management System Of Civil Aviation Flight Training Unit

With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,various types of aviation emergencies at home and abroad have also followed,and the sustained and healthy development of the aviation industry is facing huge challenges.As an important part of the general aviation industry,the civil aviation flight training unit is a multi-attribute and multi-level complex system with many types of emergencies and a wide range of impacts.Once an emergencies occurs,training and teaching and safety management will be carried out.Caused a huge impact.Therefore,through research and analysis of the problems existing in the emergency management of flight training units,and using targeted methods to solve them,thus establishing a complete emergency management system is of great significance to the operational safety of flight training units.This paper takes the G flight training unit as the research object and the relevant knowledge of civil aviation emergency management as the theoretical basis.First of all,the current situation of the unit's emergency management is studied,and the emergency incident handling capacity of the multi-index flight training unit based on the four stages of emergency management Indicator system.Expert evaluation is used to judge and score each index,and the scoring results are qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated using a combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The evaluation results indicate that the weak link in emergency management is the emergency preparation stage,especially the revision of the emergency plan Perfect part.Then,the whole process of emergency management was sorted out,and the special emergency response plan for ground emergencies was revised and improved.Finally,according to the emergency management needs analysis and design of the civil aviation flight training unit emergency rescue and management assistance system,through the system to achieve integrated management of emergency rescue work,in order to improve the unit's emergency response efficiency and quality.
