The occurrence of emergencies and disasters is random,it is difficult to grasp the law of its occurrence in time and geographical areas,and presents a great challenge to emergency rescue.Aviation emergency rescue has become the most effective emergency rescue method commonly used in many countries in the world,which is characterized by high speed,high efficiency and small geographical space restriction.However,there is still the problem that China's aviation emergency rescue has inadequate equipment and the operating mechanism is not mature.First of all,from the point of strengthening the equipment and efficiency of the aviation emergency rescue equipment and improving the efficiency of the operation mechanism,the paper studies the problem of the non matching of the aviation rescue equipment.The characteristics and use range of different aircraft are analyzed through literature investigation and on-the-spot investigation of professional rescue teams.Taking the three typical aviation emergency rescue missions of search and rescue,medical rescue,and fire fighting as traction,the configuration of onboard professional rescue equipment was determined.Then,In view of the immaturity of the operation mechanism and the failure to form a good rescue joint force,the concept of equipment coordination is proposed and its constituent elements are analyzed.And the Multi-objective optimization model is constructed by minimizing the configuration time,maximizing the reliability and maximizing the degree of demand satisfaction.co-evolutionary differential evolution(CCDE)and MATLAB software tool are used to solve the model.The case analysis is carried out on the rescue mode based on the military rescue force and the civilian rescue force,and the cooperative operation mode of equipment is explored.The results show,the total allocation time of private aviation rescue forces participating in the rescue is 1729 min.The total reliability value is 176.9.The resource satisfaction levels of resource demand points 1,2,and 3 are 91.67%,90%,and 80%,respectively.It shows that civil aviation rescue forces participating in rescue can improve the quality and effectiveness of aviation rescue and the model can maximize the demand satisfaction and rescue reliability while improving the rescue efficiency.Based on this,we analyzed the constraints and the results of the case.There are some problems with the operating mechanism in the exposure,and the factors that limit its operating efficiency are analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis of the case results,the recommendations and measures for the optimization of aviation emergency rescue operations are put forward.
