Case Study On Ground Emergency Rescue Of Flight 3U8633 At Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport

Since the eighteen one belt,one road to the development of China's economy and social development,China's civil aviation has been actively serving the national strategy,integrating the blueprint of the civil aviation industry into the national major strategy and undertaking the "one belt and one way" strategic initiative,and the industry has maintained steady and rapid development.As the main guarantee body of the whole civil aviation field,the airport needs to provide convenient and fast transportation service on the premise of ensuring absolute safety,so the management pressure is huge.Due to the particularity of the industry,airport emergencies have their own distinctive characteristics and rules,and the triggering factors are more complex.Although the state and industry have issued relevant laws and regulations and emergency plans,which have made corresponding provisions on the emergency management of civil aviation,these provisions and plans are too general and not applicable enough to take into account the new situation of airport development.With the acceleration of global economic integration,the development of civil aviation has entered a new normal.At present,China is stepping into the deep-water area of reform,social contradictions are prominent,and social security incidents emerge.Especially after the "9.11" terrorist attack,the airport has become the key target of terrorist attacks.Facing the increasingly severe security situation at home and abroad,strengthening the understanding of airport emergencies and improving the ability of airport emergency management are the key to maintain the long-term stability of the airport and ensure the healthy and rapid development of the airport.Based on the case analysis,thinking,this paper analyzes and studies the emergency handling events on the ground of flight preparation and landing at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport 3 U8633,Through the analysis of emergency plan,command and dispatch mechanism and cooperative mechanism,this paper puts forward some suggestions: first,strengthen the government's organization and leadership in airport emergency plan management;second,build information emergency management platform to improve daily management and disposal efficiency;third,optimize the organization and set up special emergency management center.
