With the development and progress of the society,the country's requirements for resource conservation,environmental protection,comprehensive utilization of energy,etc.are gradually increasing,urban development modernization and environmental protection requirements,emerging development zones,industrial park development requirements,thermal power plants Heating renovation has become an inevitable choice for urban development.However,the research of existing scholars is less research on the risk evaluation system of such projects,so the author's research is particularly important.In this paper,the author first introduces the related concepts of risk management and its main features,discusses the definition of risk management and the content and process of risk management,and introduces the main methods of risk identification,including Delphi method and brainstorming method..Based on the basic theory of risk management,this paper constructs a risk assessment system for power plant heating retrofit project based on the three-in-one risk identification,index system and risk assessment.Some of the main identified the risk factors in the market,technology design,engineering investment,heating operation reliability risk,the index system is mainly based on the results of risk identification to build an indicator system,the risk assessment part incorporates the analytic hierarchy process And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to achieve the evaluation of power plant generator set heating project.At the same time,based on the risk evaluation system of the power plant generator set heating reform project in Chapter 3,the author conducts an empirical analysis of the heat treatment project of the generator set of Zhangjiakou Power Plant as an example,and finally concludes that the risk level of this project is low.in conclusion.Finally,based on the results of the empirical analysis,the author has developed a reasonable risk source for the market,technical design,engineering investment,and heating operation reliability of the power plant generator set heating project.Risk,coordination and control of project resources,prevention of technical risks,supervision of construction technical solutions,prevention of investment risks,development of risk emergency plans,evasion of heating operation reliability risk-specific measures,provide some theoretical guidance for the subsequent risk control of such projects.
