Study On Risk Management Of Fire Renovation Project On Electric Power Building

The development of the whole society is healthy,and safety is the guarantee of the foundation.As a driving force for social and national development,enterprise production is naturally not to be underestimated.The research takes the fire building renovation project of the power building as the entry point.Through the investigation and analysis of the fire protection project,the various risks that may appear in the project are identified and identified,and then the effective evaluation is carried out,and an effective control process is proposed.Firstly,this paper studies the current situation of risk management at home and abroad.Research Status fire power by building renovation projects to identify and propose the existence of existing power reconstruction project building fire problems,according to Delpi method possible risks are identified,and then carry out the necessary risk assessment of their fire protection system.Therefore,it is necessary to assess the risk of the fire protection system,and then identify 8 risk factors of the project.Secondly,the risk level is quantitatively assessed,and the expert scoring method is selected to rank the risk,and the order value of each factor is determined,thus the judgment matrix is constructed.By calculating the judgment matrix,we get the weight of each risk.By the sequence value method,the results it is concluded that the first three major risk factors were security risk,regulatory risk,environment risk,the risk weighting is obtained by judgment matrix,according to the result,top three risk weightings are far higher than that of other risk factors,therefore,based on results of the risk assessment,focus on the first three big risks highly,in this paper,the last chapter,respectively for the first three big risk factors,work out detailed measures for the prevention of risk factors,for others,briefly puts forward the counter measures.Through the study of the Electric Power Mansion business building fire transformation project risk management,and provides the ideas of an analysis method for the risk management of expansion project,the model should be with the project practice and continue to develop and improve,in order to better for the renovation and expansion project service.
