Research On Risk Management Of YL Shanty Town Renovation Project In Tie Feng District,Qiqihar City

With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of comprehensive national strength,effectively solving the housing problem of the common people and improving the living conditions of residents have become an important strategic work plan for the country to promote urbanization.However,shantytowns have seriously hampered the urbanization development process in various regions due to the poor surrounding environment,backward hardware facilities,imperfect supporting facilities,and hidden safety hazards.In order to better solve the problem of people’s livelihood,the transformation of shanty towns has been actively carried out across the country.Since 2015,Tie feng District of Qiqihar City has carried out large-scale shantytown renovation projects,of which the YL shantytown renovation project is one of the demonstration projects for renovation.Because of the wide area involved,the large population density,and the long renovation period,Not only is the transformation difficult,but there are also many uncertainties,the potential risks run through the project.In view of this,this article chooses to conduct risk management research on the YL shantytown renovation project examples in order to effectively control the risks in the transformation process.The research content of this paper mainly includes: first,the research background,purpose,and significance of the project’s risk management are specifically described,and the relevant literature on domestic and foreign shantytown renovation is reviewed and commented in combination with the selected topics,which provides the corresponding theoretical basis for the research.Secondly,it analyzes the current status of YL shantytowns and the necessity of transforming it in detail,and introduces the main features and problems of the project in terms of risk management.Based on the perspective of full life cycle theory,this paper builds the risk management research analysis Theoretical model.Thirdly,by inviting experts to use the brainstorming method and Delphi method to identify the risk factors existing in the YL shantytown renovation project,and to compile a list of risks.Then build the risk index system of the project based on the risk list,and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP to evaluate the risk index of the project,and the final risk assessmentresult of the project is medium risk.Finally,this paper determines the risk assessment result based on the risk assessment.Affect the key risks of the project,and put forward specific risk response methods,measures and monitoring methods of key risk factors in stages to effectively control the project risks.
