Research On Risk Management Of Shantytown Reconstruction Project In South Grain Depot

The shantytown renovation project is the government’s "underpinning" project to improve people’s livelihood,and it is an important starting point for the new urbanization strategy.In 2021,my country will renovate more than 21 million houses in urban shanty towns,which is also a manifestation of the country’s economic and social development entering a new stage.However,the project involves many uncertainties such as demolition and resettlement of the original site,huge initial capital investment,complex construction environment,and strict schedule and construction period,which lead to huge internal and external risks in the process of reconstruction.Many problems such as unfinished shed renovation projects,poor quality of shed converted houses,and imperfect supporting facilities not only seriously hindered the timely delivery of the final products of the project,but also caused damage to the economic benefits and brand image of the shed renovation contractors.Based on this,it has become a necessary and important proposition to identify the risk factors of shantytown renovation projects,and to quantitatively evaluate the risk factors,in order to provide theoretical support for the relevant construction enterprises to improve the risk management mechanism and ensure the smooth progress of the project.Therefore,this paper takes the shanty town reconstruction project in the south section of Liangkou as the research object and carries out research on its risk management.First of all,based on field investigation and site construction analysis,understand the internal and external environment characteristics of the project,systematically analyze the risk management status of the shanty renovation project in the south section of grain Depot,and reveal the background of project risk management research.Secondly,with historical data,risk management plan and stakeholder contact form as the basis for project risk identification,the inspection list method and Delphi method are selected to carry out preliminary and accurate identification of risk factors of the shanty town reconstruction project in the south section of Liangkou District.A total of 12 risk factors in 4 categories,including management risk,economic risk,environmental risk and policy risk,are identified.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process is used to quantify and evaluate the identified risk factors.The risk evaluation is carried out according to the steps of establishing hierarchical structure,constructing judgment matrix,calculating index weight,consistency test and overall hierarchy ranking.According to the evaluation results,the risk factors are divided into three levels,namely key risk,sub-key risk and general risk.Finally,according to the results of risk evaluation,this paper divides all kinds of risk factors into three levels,namely key risk,sub-key risk and general risk,and puts forward targeted countermeasures in the form of classification.Through the research,it can provide the corresponding theoretical support and advice reference for the construction unit of shanty town reconstruction project in the south section of grain storage to improve the risk management mechanism and do a good job in project risk management,promote the smooth construction of the project and realize the expected economic and social benefits.
