Research On The Strategy Of Improving The Technological Innovation Ability Of Dare Co.,Ltd.

In the current fierce competition environment,if enterprises want to have the ability of sustainable development,they must carry out a series of innovation activities,especially improving technological innovation capability.At present,many enterprises have realized the importance of technological innovation and carried out activities related to technological innovation,however,the situation in the auto parts industry is not optimistic,and most enterprises still rely on the introduction and imitation in production technology,therefore,in order to meet the requirements of high-quality development,such enterprises urgently need to be transformed and upgraded.Clarifying their own innovation level is a necessary prerequisite for enterprises to enhance their technological innovation capability,so it is particularly critical to evaluate the technological innovation capability of auto parts manufacturing enterprises.Taking Dare Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the paper describes the development of the enterprise and the current situation of technological innovation capability.Using correlation and discriminating analysis methods to determine the evaluation index system of the technological innovation capability of Dare Co.,Ltd..The advantages and disadvantages of Dare Co.,Ltd.’s technological innovation capability are analyzed by using entropy weight-TOPSIS method,dynamic evaluation method of time series and cluster analysis method,the obstacle model is used to analyze the constraints on the development of the technological innovation capability of Dare Co.,Ltd.and propose a promotion strategy.The empirical analysis results are as follows:Through the construction of the evaluation index system of the technological innovation capability of Dare Co.,Ltd.,four first-level indicators were determined,including technological innovation environment guarantee ability,technological innovation input ability,technological innovation output ability,technological innovation marketing ability,and its 14 subordinate secondary indicators;The evaluation results of the technological innovation capability of Dare Co.,Ltd.show that its technological innovation capability ranking in the time dimension is stable and at a medium level in the hierarchy standard,compared with similar enterprises,Dare Co.,Ltd.’s innovation environment guarantee ability has a high advantage,while the innovation output ability has a disadvantage;Based on the obstacle model,the results of the analysis of the obstacle factors of Dare Co.,Ltd.’s technological innovation capability show that the main obstacles to the development of the technological innovation capability of the enterprise include:government subsidies、the level of development of the regional economy、the number of patents authorized per capita of R&D personnel and the intensity of marketing expenses,based on this,this paper proposes four improvement measures,including: improving the external environment,optimizing the R&D team,improving the efficiency of innovation output and product marketing capability.The research aims to evaluate the technological innovation capability of Dare Co.,Ltd.,and analyze the problems existing in the process of technological innovation and development of enterprises and put forward suggestions for improvement,which has good practical significance for the company’s future development and provides a reference for the evaluation of technological innovation capability of auto parts manufacturing industry.There are 14 figures,30 tables and 94 references in this paper.
