With the globalization of the economy,China has gradually become a country of the medical consumption power because it has a population of 1.3 billion.And more and more people care their physical and psychological health.At the same time,the current medicine diagnostic is changing and depending on modern medical inspection method and advanced diagnosis and treatment equipment.The CT,X-Ray examination has radiation damage for the human body,but the magnetic resonance(NMR)imaging there is no radiation damage for the human body.Therefore,research and development of a magnetic resonance(NMR)is more reasonable for us.With the development and management of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)1.5T system,native researcher hasn't caught the high level in this area.They need constantly learn new skills and technology,continuously optimize design and improve research and development capacity.Because our modern project management still is at the beginning of state,there is a big gap between our country and the developed countries;in particular the project risk management research is still in primary state.And the project management in medical equipment industry mainly used management method with experience,but it will limit the company's operation and benefit.As the part of project risk management,the development of the project risk management has less technology analysis methods and guideline in medical device research and development.The author is from the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)high field project team,and work on magnetic resonance(NMR)1.5T X company project.According to the theory of risk management to identify risk in every milestone of the project operation,and monitor risk and control risk.First,search the risk source of the project by using Delphi and other methods to identify the various potential risks in the project,and then identify six risks,such as:technical risks,environmental risks,quality risks,management risks,Production risk,and financial risk.Then,using the risk matrix method and the expert evaluation method to do the risk assessment,and the technical risk and financial risk have the greatest impact on the project.Then analyze the causes and countermeasures of each risk and conduct risk control,and determine reasonable risk prevention measures.Finally,propose how to monitor risk countermeasures,including monitoring and checking risks before and after the implementation of risks monitoring,such as technical risks.It is necessary to check the quantity and quality of patent submissions in order to judge technical capabilities and innovation capabilities,and whether the implementation of the quality system is sufficient.Whether the rate of defective products detected in production is high and so on....
