China automobile industry after nearly 30 years of rapid development,production and sales since 2009 has been 9 consecutive years ranked first in the world,accounting for about 30%of global sales,car ownership over 200 million vehicles,thousands of car ownership 140,according to the China Automotive Industry Association predicted that the next 10 years Chinese car will usher in a period of slow growth.But the quality of growth will gradually increase.In the face of large size and potential of the China auto market,imports,joint ventures,independent brand car enterprises in fierce competition in the China automobile market,traditional fuels,new energy,intelligent interconnection of new automobile products emerge in an endless stream,China consumer automotive products choice is more and more big,automobile enterprises,product variety makes the automobile market has become Chinese the buyer's market,who can better meet consumer demand will have a greater chance of winning,not to be eliminated in the fierce competition in the market.With economic and social development and fierce competition in the market,auto companies continue to increase investment in new product development,improve their competitiveness,make goods faster to customers,improve sales and service networks,and differentiate themselves from other automotive enterprises.In this process,supply chain management has become in recent years the management of all the major car companies to study and use of,from the procurement of raw materials to finished products,and finally to the dealers and customers involved in all aspects of suppliers,OEMs,distributors,customers integrated management,the supply chain process reaches the minimum total cost,delivery efficiency the highest purpose.Considering from the angle of customers,customers in the purchase of goods to the right of the car,car dealers can expect faster will turn into their own hands,so how much faster cars will be delivered to the customer is a major challenge for the new,faster delivery means that the customer satisfaction,thus,order delivery construction and management system has become the most priority.This paper focuses on the analysis of the order delivery sales forecast,which involved in the process of the order plan,production plan,vehicle logistics vehicle delivery of goods link from the car enterprise perspective,shorten the delivery time,car goods quickly and accurately reach the hands of customers,improve customer satisfaction.
