As a complex process, Automobile manufacturing enterprises have close relationship with the upstream suppliers and the downstream distributors. Modern vehicle logistics will develop to the supply chain management which is a key strategic factor to improve business efficiency and achieve business goals. There is a requirement to integrate the entire supply chain of auto companies in modern logistics supply chain management, including integrating function, process and resource. To improve logistics management level of supply chain, main auto manufacturing enterprises must optimize logistics system and form reasonable logistics framework to make the logistics chain of procurement, production, sales, supply effective integrated.This dissertation main did research in the depth on three technologies of logistics system optimization in motor industry production section:Firstly, in rules of production planning and logistics operations, dissertation analyzes the state of the logistics cache area, and developments a optimized layout optimization model which the samllest area and shortest distance of production line to improve the utilization of the cache area. Connecting with the structural model of sequence pair, the arrangement solutions plan of logistics cache area is changed to corresponding sequence pair, and based on it logistics cache layout model with genetic algorithm is proposed to quickly and efficiently optimize arrangement plan of logistics cache area; using MATLAB software it makes programming to achieve algorithm, and designs input and output interface to achieve automatic optimization in a variety of arrangement plan of logistics cache area which also proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm.Secondly, this dissertation analyzes requirements and correlation of mixed production material, and defines the importance of mixed production material. Under the base of production sequence model of mixed production in circular production, it makes the production sequence of mixed production optimization. Determining the demand and supply of mixed production materials, optimum algorithm of mixed production material sequence supply is designed. With queuing theory, Harmonization algorithm which achieves sequence supply entrance of mixed production material is designed to make sequence supply optimization of mixed production materials effectively and improve the efficiency of the logistics system.Thirdly, according to the factors of delivery time, number of components and the state of work places, this dissertation gives the route optimization model of tractor which goals are making the tractor delivery distance shortest and delivery cost lowest, and analyzes the service level of optimized delivery path of tractor to establish the basis of production logistics system improvement. Using factor analysis method to construct evaluation system and determines evaluation index which have impact on delivery service level of tractor. Through statistical analysis, using factor analysis on the tractor for evaluation of logistics services to determine the optimal path optimization plan.Finally, the ultimate goal of the lowest overall cost, established towing path simulation model based on the layout and vehicle configuration cache, mixed supply of production materials and import of the order of collaborative design and optimization program, in order to achieve the automotive manufacturing plant logistics system as a whole simulation, select the overall optimal solution.
