As a large agricultural country,China has a high proportion of logistics costs in fruit and vegetables agricultural products.Although there are many varieties of fruit and vegetables,but widely distributed,and there is a lot of loss during transportation loading and unloading.In order to reduce the proportion of fruit and vegetables logistics cost in total cost,reduce all kinds of losses in circulation process,solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,increase farmers’ income in planting fruits and vegetables,develop green logistics of agricultural products,this paper proposes a unitized logistics-oriented fruit and vegetable sales order selection and distribution routing integration optimization problem.Taking the fruit and vegetables planting base operated by one or more farmers as the research object,the planting base plants a variety of fruit and vegetables and integrates the functions of planting,selling and distribution.The fruit and vegetables planting base communicates with the customer through the information platform.The planting base uses different fruit and vegetables sales prices for the same fruit and vegetables at different demand points,and builds a secondary fruit and vegetables supply chain composed of planting bases and demand points.From the perspective of green and sharing,based on the sharing system of pallets and turnover boxes and the unitized logistics distribution method,through the introduction of unitized logistics restrictions,maximum daily sales volume restrictions,time windows and other constraints,the sales order selection and distribution routing of fruit and vegetables are integrated,and the maximum profit model of fruit and vegetables planting base is established.According to the characteristics of the problem and the model,an genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem,the maximum profit model is verified through a calculation example,and the proportion of each cost in the example is analyzed.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters is carried out according to the solution target,and effective suggestions are provided for increasing farmers’ income from growing fruit and vegetables and reducing logistics costs in the process of fruit and vegetable circulation.The research results show: genetic algorithm can solve fruit and vegetables sales order selection and distribution routing integration problem,and it has stability;integrating the sales order selection of a variety of fruit and vegetables and the distribution routing based on pallet unitized logistics can reduce logistics costs;within a certain range,adjusting the pallet unitized logistics and other related parameters can increase the profit of the fruit and vegetables planting base,but the sensitivity of the model to these parameters will be reduced if a certain limit is exceeded;in fruit and vegetables sales order selection and distribution,the standardization and unitization of pallets and turnover boxes and the adjustment of various parameters must not only comply with basic rules to ensure commonality,but also increase flexibility.
