Research On Vehicle Order Delivery Cycle Optimization Of A Automobile Company

After the decades of development,China vehicle industry becomes stronger from scratch.In 2017,the production and sales volume reached 11.5 million vehicles.It has developed into a pillar industry of the Chinese economy and played a key role in Chinese economic development.At present,the car industry has entered the era of micro-growth.Under the increasingly fierce market competition,how to meet the increasingly diversified and individualized needs of customers at the fastest speed has become a challenge that each automobile company must face.The traditional model of “determine sales by production” has been unable to adapt to the market development needs,and needs to be transformed into an order-based production mode of “determine production by sales”,that is,automobile manufacturers arrange production according to customer requirements.Therefore,each auto manufacturer's combination and optimization of its own OTD management process is an effective way to help auto companies improve their operational level and increase their competitiveness.On the basis of lean management,time management,flexible production and other related theory knowledge,the will take A company as the research object.Combined with the characteristics and operation practice of OTD in domestic vehicle industry,the author gives a systematic analysis of OTD status of A company with the tools of benchmarking and Total Productive Maintenance(TPM).At the same time,combined with the complete vehicle order delivery process,the problems in the main system flow that lead to the long delivery cycle of the complete vehicle order were found out.Aiming at the problems found in the analysis and the reasons which caused these problems,the author put forward an optimization scheme of vehicle order delivery cycle(OTD)for A company.The research results of this paper are conducive to the further development of the company and the better satisfaction of customer needs.The paper can also provide a reference for other automobile companies to formulate OTD optimization strategy,And realize the optimization of the whole business process of vehicle order delivery.At the same time,it can be use of for improving the level of operation for similar automobile enterprises.The framework of this article includes Introduction elaborates the background and significance of the research;and achievements acquired by some experts around the world.Part one introduces the lean management theory,time management,OTD and other related theories and research methods.Part two will emphasize on current status of delivery cycle of complete vehicle order of A company,Analyzes the problems existing in the delivery process of vehicle orders of A company and their causes.Part three will finalize the optimization strategy of delivery cycle in terms of complete vehicle order for A company based on problems illustrated above.The optimization strategy contains the general principles of periodic optimization and the optimization scheme for each problem.Some measures will be taken to establish production & supply & sales management system and material purchasing and distribution with the establishment and utilization of flexible production management,logistics cycle of complete vehicle will be shortened as well.Part four discusses the safeguard measures to implement the optimization scheme.Pat five gives an introduction of effects for carrying out the optimizing strategy.The last part is the summary of the paper and the prospect of study and proposing of some topics for further research.
