| In recent years,as people’s living standard is improving,cooling and heating load in Henan province has been increasing dramatically.Moreover,peak and valley load difference in the power grid is increasing drastically,either.Therefore,during winter and summer peaks,server power shortage emerges,both regionally and periodically,which can affect reliable power supply to residents,key customers and public places seriously.Only precise peak shifting and averting management can make a difference.At present,peak shifting and averting in Henan province for customer plan formulation,implementation,tracking,monitoring,feedback,adjust,and release of load work are still in the primary stage,which cannot meet the ever increasing demand for precise management.Hence,an information management system with the help of information technology is in urgent need.This paper mainly discusses the feasibility of constructing the information management system of peak shifting and averting for customers of Henan power company.With the help of the theories and approaches of project management,the feasibility of project construction is analyzed comprehensively in the aspects of demand analysis,technology realization,progress control,economical efficiency and risk control.Likewise,when it comes to project management and control,the feasibility of project implementation is analyzed thoroughly from human resources management to schedule control.In the end,conclusion shows that the construction of the information management system of customer’s peak shifting and averting is feasible. |
