With the implementation of the strategy of “energy saving,emission reduction and green production”,hydropower has become the country's spare force and vigorously developed with its unique energy clean,renewable,basically non-polluting,low operating costs and high efficiency.Object.In the “13th Five-Year Plan” power plan,the state proposed“actively developing hydropower,coordinating development and delivery”,and ranked hydropower construction for the first time in the most priority development position.Therefore,studying the safety and stability of hydropower operation and cleaning efficiency is a problem that should be paid attention to in the development of hydropower.As the "mechanical heart" of the vertical hydropower unit,the thrust bearing is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the unit.At present,the thrust oil grooves of hydropower stations at home and abroad generally have different degrees of sputum oil and oil mist escape,and have never found an effective solution.This problem is a serious threat to the safety,stability,pollution of the unit and operating environment of the hydropower unit.This paper takes the Mianhuatan Hydropower Station in Fujian Province as the engineering background,and takes the thrust bearing of Unit 2 as the research object.By observing the situation of the thrust bearing oil sump oil and oil mist escape,the research and analysis of the cause of the oil mist generated by the thrust bearing oil groove,combined with cotton The actual operation of the beach hydropower station cooperated with Harbin Innovation Power Equipment Co.,Ltd.to formulate the following solutions.(1)The overall heightening of the thrust bearing oil groove;(2)Install the oil tank.(3)Develop and develop a new type of hydropower unit thrust bearing anti-oil mist escape device;This article will focus on the composition,structure and working principle of the new anti-oil mist escape device.The device is mainly composed of a sealing system,an oil mist automatic processing system and a control system.The sealing tooth in the sealing system is a non-metallic polymer synthetic chemical material,which adopts two structures of T-shaped follow-up sealing teeth and Y-shaped gas sealing plates.The sealing teeth of the two structures are alternately arranged in theaxial and radial layers,respectively,preventing the oil mist from escaping along the main axis and escaping from the gap between the thrust sump cover and the main shaft.The oil mist automatic treatment system is used in conjunction with the sealing system.It mainly includes air supply device,oil mist automatic treatment device and oil receiving observation box.The main function of the device is to collect the oil mist generated in the oil tank during the operation of the unit,and then send it back to the oil tank after condensing and filtering.The device also realizes the reuse of resources while processing the oil mist in the oil tank.The function of the control system is to realize the automatic control of the air supply device,the oil mist automatic processing device,the oil supply device and the oil receiving observation box in the oil mist escape device.In order to observe the shape variables and optimal working conditions of the sealing teeth in the actual working process,the sealing effect of the sealing system in the oil mist escape device of the new unit thrust bearing was tested,and the simulation test and research analysis were carried out,and the test results were obtained.Analyzed.
