| The diesel engine failure caused by crankcase temperature is too high or the lubrication system is destroyed,resulting in excessive evaporation of oil in the crankcase oil mist formation,high oil mist concentration there is spontaneous combustion,explosion and other unsafe risks.Real-time monitoring of oil mist concentration in the crankcase of diesel engine can prevent dangerous accidents.Crankcase oil mist detection device is used to monitor diesel engine crankcase oil mist concentration and growth rate of real-time measurement device is an important diesel engine safe operation of monitoring equipment.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out crankcase oil mist detection device design and research.Based on the study of the nonlinear relationship between oil mist concentration and extinction,a design scheme of oil mist detection device based on light scattering method is designed.The oil mist detection technology and the control technology of oil mist detection device are researched.The software and hardware design of the oil mist detection device was completed.The oil mist detection device test rig was designed and built,and the functional experiment was carried out. |
