As a kind of concentrative lubricating method, Oil mist lubricating technology is being widely used in industrial iron and steel, metallurgy, petrochemical and other fields. Oil mist lubrication technology with a wide range of applications, as well as depth study found that the oil mist lubrication system by about 20%~30% spread to the surrounding environment, however, And because of oil mist lubrication system generated in the particle size below 5μm, the particle size range of particles with the harm human beings and the environment has attracted a wide range of people's attention. However, the removal of conventional equipment, such as electrostatic precipitators and cyclone separator on the scope of the particle size particle removal efficiency is very low. Combined style separator refers to the separation method or methods of separation and cohesion of the mix, in order to achieve increased purification efficiency and reduce processing cost.Acoustic conglomeration for the removal of fine particles is an effective and feasible method in addition to the role of acoustic collision of small particles gather in a very short period of time, particle size distribution will take place from an early age to the direction of the evolution of large-size, After the fine particles produced by the average particle size will increase the number of fine particle concentrations will be reduced, so that can be easily removal by conventional equipment to clear, so as to achieve fine particle emission control purposes.In this paper, the collision of particle cohesion, as well as the theoretical study of the theoretical analysis of the sound field, as well as the particles in the sound field of the mechanical analysis of the establishment of an acoustic conglomeration dynamics and mathematical models. Increase in the frequency sound waves, when the frequency range of 100Hz-2000Hz in the sound field between the particle sizes is gradually increased cohesion, when the frequency range of 2000Hz-4000Hz in the sound field between the particle sizes is smaller gradually, Fitting Chart from Matlab can be seen the effect of the frequency of its best rally in the vicinity of 2500Hz.
