The Simulation Research Of Oil Mist Conglomeration In Pipeline Of Oil Mist Lubrication System

Oil mist lubrication technology is a kind of lubricating method, which is being used widely. It has lots of advantages:low oil consumption, uniformity of lubrication, high efficiency.In the wok process, there is some oil conglomeration in the pipeline, and this will depress the efficiency, even may cause employment accident. At present, CFD numerical simulation has been widely used in design field. But the research of oil conglomeration by using CFD is little. For choosing the proper wok parameter and laying the pipeline reasonably, this thesis use CFD to research this issue.In the transmission process, oil mist particle will be agglomerated. For analyzing the influence of pipe framework and work parameter to oil mist agglomeration. And this thesis has chiefly carried on research as following aspects:(1) makes a brief introduction of oil lubricating system and the development direction of lubricating method;(2) makes sure the flow state of oil mist, and analyzes forces of oil mist particle,and analyzes the collision and agglomeration model of oil mist particle, and analyzes the effect parameters of oil mist agglomeration;(3) makes the numerical model of oil mist transmission, and introduces the CFD theories;(4) uses the CFD software,FLUENT, to simulate the oil mist transmission by adopting different parameters and the bent pipe;(5) makes these conclusions as follows:the enhancement of outlet force adds the agglomeration of oil mist; and the elevation of oil mist temperature to some extent also adds the agglomeration of oil mist, the bent pipe enhances the agglomeration of oil mist.
