As a kind of concentrative lubricating method,Oil mist lubricating technology is being widely used in industrial iron and steel,metallurgy,petrochemical and other fields.While,oil mist lubrication technology also has faults,a part of oil mist which produced by oil mist lubricating system can spread to the surrounding environment,pollutes the environment,equipment or workpiece,and because of oil mist lubrication system generated in the particle size below 5,the particle size range of particles with the harm human beings.Now the centrifugal equipment is being widely used isome fields,useing centrifugal equipment to collect the residual oil mist is a feasible way.Centrifugal separation method is a kind of inertial separation,its principle is similar to a centrifugal fan,a motor drives the centrifugal impeller rotating at a high speed,then the oil mist is inhaled into the impeller.The oil mist particles which in the centrifugal impeller collide with the blade,and under the centrifugal effect,the oil mist particles collide with the shell of the recyclers,the oil mist particles are adsorbed,then the oil drain is formed,thus the oil mist particles are separated from the air.The multi-blade centrifugal impeller is more suitable for the centrifugal separating equipment,it can improve the colliding probability of the oil mist particles because of its low noise and low efficiency,it can improve the recycling efficient.This paper analyzes the features of the multi-blade centrifugal impeller and the way of design,analyzed the theory about the collision of particle cohesion and the stress distribution of particles in flow field.The three-dimensional model of centrifugal oil mist collector is built,and the suitable turbulence model and solution method is determined.In the numerical simulation of three-dimensional flow in the oil mist collector,the standard k-epsilon turbulence model is used,the SIMPLE algorithm is selected.Throw the analysis of numerical simulation results show that the main method which the centrifugal impeller make the oil mist particles separate from the air is the collision with the blade and the centrifugal effect cause the oil mist particles adsorbed by the spongia.This thesis test the efficiency of the oil mist collect devices under different conditions,according to the experimental data and the comparison of the record,it shows that the efficiency of the oil mist collect devices can reach sixty percent,so the centrifugal separation method is a effective way of oil mist collection.And through the revised design of the impeller and devices,its efficiency can be further improved.
