With the development of professional manufacturing technology,modular operation has become one of the inevitable trends.The brake system on the traditional freight car is connected with the air source and each action unit by the pipeline,and the use of matching connection consumes labor and time,and is not conducive to the identification and treatment of after-sales problems.In this paper,the JZ-7 air brake applied to diesel locomotive is taken as the research object.Based on the integrated board technology,the layout optimization of the parts of JZ-7 brake system is carried out,and the design and development of the parts such as the filter joint of the brake system and the plate type flameless return valve are completed.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The JZ-7 brake system integration scheme adopts the integrated board technology widely used in high-speed rail,motor car and metro vehicles,and integrates the brake valve,relay valve,relay valve,distribution valve,pressure maintaining solenoid valve,operation monitoring solenoid valve,two-way valve,air cylinder and various connecting pipe systems.The existing jz-7g type brake is adopted in the scheme to ensure that the brake valve,air source system and parking brake are unchanged.2.The manufacturing process,assembly and experimental method of the integrated air circuit board are studied.The integrated air circuit board technology is used to optimize the brake pipe system,which reduces the connection of the pipe system and the production of the piping,reduces the possibility of the leakage of the pipe system,and improves the reliability of the brake system.3.The plate type dust filter joint is designed and developed to prevent the dust in the pipe system from entering the brake valve and improve the brake reliability.Through the direct braking function,the air path is controlled by the solenoid valve to charge the braking system directly,so as to realize the vehicle braking and release.4.Research and development of special air tightness experiment platform and simulation single machine experiment platform.The test-bed can carry out air tightness test,modular assembly and single car performance simulation test for brake system parts.It can reduce rework caused by leakage of piping system and unqualified performance of components,and ensure the quality of integrated system module before loading.
