Application Research Of Brake System Controlled By MCU On Diesel Locomotive

2005,China National Railway Locomotive requires for the procurement of new office AC drive locomotive,but shall be fitted with brake system controlled by MCU.Currently the AC drive locomotives on the line that fitted with only 4% of the domestic brake system,and are electronic AC drive locomotives.So,how to solve the problem about diesel locomotive with domestic brake system controlled by MCU is becoming the key sector.This article is based on HXN5 B type AC drive diesel shunting locomotives,through the comparison and analysis of structural characteristics of diesel locomotive and electric locomotive,system optimization,loading test and other measures,in order to realize localization of diesel locomotive installed with microcomputer control type electric air brake(hereinafter referred to as the new type of electric air brake).The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The application of microcomputer controlled electro-pneumatic brake in locomotive at home and abroad is counted and analyzed.Mainly including the different types of computer control electro-pneumatic brake in the international and domestic market for locomotive loading statistics,analyze the differences and similarities of the structure principle of electro-pneumatic brake under different market demand,and make a comprehensive understanding of the application of the electro-pneumatic brake.2.Comparative analysis and research on the structure characteristics of diesel locomotive and the structure characteristics of electric locomotive,especially the loading demand and functional needs of two different models on the electro-pneumatic brake,find out the common ground and the difference.On the premise of meeting the shapes requirements of the railway corporation,it lays the foundation for the demand and system improvement of the new type electro-pneumatic brake for the diesel locomotive.3.Analysis of the internal combustion engine equipped with new electric air brake requirements,and according to the design requirements of the braking system of HXN5 B AC drive locomotive,proposed the system optimization scheme.First combed the design of locomotive brake system,and the detailed design according to the development of railway company requirements and industry requirements.Secondly,in meet the design requirements of HXN5 B locomotive under the premise of the proposed model better equipped with electric air brake scheme(including brake controller and brake cabinet structure design optimization,development of brake and computer screen display screen,etc.),the safety and reliability of braking system of locomotive.4.Carry out construction design and manufacturing according to the requirements of the optimization plan,and verify the feasibility of the scheme and the reliability of the system through experiments.According to the design scheme of HXN5 B locomotive installation with new type of electro-pneumatic machine,it is gradually refined into the drawing and design document,which can be converted into concrete and achievable requirements.At the same time,in order to verify the scheme,the feasibility and reliability,the detailed test program is compiled,and through a third party certification organization related test verification,validation results show that the scheme is feasible and reliable.This topic research work makes up the blank of new electro-pneumatic brake system in diesel locomotive loading,the first breakthrough new electro-pneumatic brake control system of locomotive microcomputer and shared a display of the technical difficulties,and support the use of new electro-pneumatic brake system provides theoretical basis and technical for the subsequent locomotive loading.
