Study On Enterprise A's Organizational Structure Selection And Evaluation Based On Enterprise Strategy

In the 21st century,Chinese enterprises are confronted with the dual challenges and threats of market globalization and networking.Since the 19th National Peopled Congress,the solid development of the real economy has become an important development strategy for the new era of the country.In the continuous changes of national policies and economic environment,there are various changes in company's strategy,and truly building a modern enterprise system is an issue that every manager explores.The change of corporate strategy will inevitably make the original organizational structure of the enterprise face challenges.Once the organizational structure of the company does not match the company's strategic development goals,the organizational structure cannot support the smooth implementation of the strategy and even has a certain constraint function.Therefore,it is of great significance to make research on corporate strategy and organizational structure in the context of the current economic environment.The organizational structure is an important part of the business,providing services to the strategy and connecting the various components of the enterprise.The organizational structure of an enterprise is the premise of the implementation of various management measures of the enterprise.A reasonable organizational structure is an important guarantee for the implementation strategy of the enterprise and promotes the implementation and promotion of the strategy.Research on relevant literature at home and abroad shows that for any enterprise,in its continuous development process,each stage will have different strategic orientations,and then the organizational structure will be adapted to it.From the most traditional linear organizational structure to today's network organization structure,the adjustment and implementation of the strategy makes the organizational structure adapt to the strategy.Based on the research of enterprise organization structure selection and evaluation,this paper mainly employs the combination of theoretical analysis and case study as the research method.Firstly,the research background,research purpose,research significance,the current research both at home and abroad,the research method and main research contents of this paper are introduced;besides,the enterprise strategy,the enterprise organizational structure and their interrelationship,as well as the analytic hierarchy process and common evaluation methods are discussed;moreover,this article takes enterprise A as the research object,introducing its basic situation and current enterprise organizational structure and development strategy.By conducting and analyzing questionnaires,the current relationship of enterprise A?s strategy and organizational structure can be clear,which makes it possible to summarize and analyze the critical problems and their causes between enterprise A's strategy and organizational structure;what,s more,guided by enterprise A's current strategy,it is expected to choose the organizational structure which matches its current strategy and to evaluate enterprise A's new organizational structure through the establishment of organizational structure evaluation index and the employment of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,this paper illustrates the methods which guarantee the implements of enterprise A' s strategy-oriented organizational structure selection,meanwhile draws the conclusion and limitations of this paper.The evaluation system of this paper is applicable to enterprises sharing similarities with enterprise A,which to some extent can be conductive for the match analysis of enterprise's strategy and organizational structure.
