With the rapid development of China’s economy and power technology,the Electric power equipment manufacturing industry faces increasingly fierce competition in the rapidly changing market environment.In order to continue to develop,enterprises need to adjust their development strategies in time to adapt to the changes of internal and external business environment.After the adjustment of the enterprise development strategy,the organizational structure of the enterprise should be optimized and adjusted in accordance with the new development strategic goals of the enterprise.Only by matching and coordinating with each other can the enterprise continues to maintain competitiveness.The organizational structure optimization of enterprise has always been regarded as an important task in the daily operation and management process of enterprises.It serves the development strategy of enterprises,plays an important role in the stable development of the organization,and helps enterprises to achieve their development goals.B equipment manufacturing enterprises(hereinafter referred to as:B)is a long-established power equipment manufacturing enterprises,was founded nearly 70 years,is committed to building become a research and development,design,manufacture and services integrated solution provider,product all over the world,the market share,make leading advantage,major technical equipment products with independent intellectual property rights.Taking B as an example,this paper explores the optimization of organizational structure of enterprise B from the Perspective of Structure Follows Strategy.Enterprise strategy and the evolution of organizational structure based on B to understand history and existing strategy,through the observation and questionnaires mining B enterprises existing problems of the organizational structure,and cause analysis,identify the key for enterprise B after the influence factors of organization structure change,clear the key elements of organizational structure optimization and overall train of thought,put forward the integral design of the organizational structure optimization,It also evaluates the rationality,analyzes the possible problems and proposes solutions,and formulates corresponding implementation measures and safeguard measures.The study of this paper has a certain guiding significance for the optimization of organizational structure of B,and provides some ideas for the optimization of organizational structure of similar enterprises. |
