In December 2018,the data on car production and sales fell very fast,18.4 % and 13 % respectively.The Chinese auto industry has entered a stage of saturation after 30 years of growth.In the face of the current stage saturation period and the trend of low carbonization,sharing,and intelligence in the automotive industry,the automobile enterprises need to adopt digital manufacturing,which puts forward higher requirements for the skilled employees of automobile manufacturers.To achieve sustainable and healthy development,auto manufacturers need to manage their internal human resources effectively and develop feasible training programs to improve their employees ’skills.The concept of the researcher Schultz once showed that: "Enterprises can improve their performance level and comprehensive strength through investment in employee training and ability,which is beneficial to corporate development." Skills employee training can not only help achieve the strategic development goals of the enterprise,but also meet the professional pursuit of skills employee.This paper takes an automobile manufacturing enterprise as the research object,based on the application of Kolb’s experiential learning model as the theoretical basis,through actual investigation and data statistics,analyzes the current situation of GY skilled employees training in detail,and points out the main problems existing in its training system: the training demand analysis is not comprehensive,the implementation of training is not in place,the training method is not new,GY company has not developed a strict supervision process to manage all links of training activities,and ignores the evaluation of training results.Based on the above analysis it is concluded that the main problems,based on the activities in the Kolb’s learning circle,reflection,aggregation,regulating four link,from GY company skilled employees training needs analysis,training plan formulation,the construction of training system,training,process control,training result feedback and so on aspects,under the support of experiential learning model theory,for skilled employees to hand over the entire training system design a new solution.Strive to study the training strategy of skilled employees in line with the development strategy of enterprises at the present stage,explore the matters needing attention in the general training of skilled employees,and provide effective reference for the training of skilled employees of other enterprises,so as to better promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
