Since the first intelligent building was built in Japan in the last century,the research and development of intelligent building projects have been emerging all over the world.China's intelligent buildings have developed rapidly since the beginning of this century.With the maturity of BIM Technology,more and more areas begin to appear.The wave of popularization of intelligent construction.This paper mainly researches and analyzes the intelligent construction technology of curtain wall.Through the development of the construction management platform,the components of the whole project can be directly imported into the platform from the BIM model,and the components can be transferred from factory production to transport stacking and then to installation.The whole process state of the real-time control bit.At the same time,according to the statistics and allocation of labor resources.The reasonable schedule schedule is generated to guide the next construction work.Make full use of BIM technology,and use the schedule planning periodic table generated by the component management platform to realize the 4D construction simulation analysis in the early stage of curtain wall construction.Through the construction simulation analysis,find out many problems existing in the construction process,or the contradictions between various professions,such as the collision between the structural specialty and the plumbing profession,some unreasonable configuration during the construction process,etc.,to realize the curtain wall construction process.Zero rework,the purpose of one completion.The research on the intelligent construction platform of the curtain wall is very beneficial to the development of the curtain wall industry.It can play a full-stage control role in the construction of the building curtain wall.However,there are still some problems in the development of the platform,including poor connectivity and less experimental projects.In the follow-up study,the platform was improved.This paper is divided into six chapters to introduce.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content,and innovation of the thesis.The second chapter introduces the basic concepts and theories,including the concept of building curtain wall,BIM technology application of curtain wall,and curtain wall management software.The third chapter introduces the development of the intelligent construction platform of the curtain wall.The first is to explain the general process and development mode of the intelligent construction platform,followed by the description of the construction simulation,including the BIM model introduction,construction analysis,construction plan and construction simulation.The fourth chapter introduces the functions of the intelligent construction platform of the curtain wall,including the operation steps of the intelligent operation platform of the curtain wall and the modeling requirements of BIM.The fifth chapter is the introduction of the application of the curtain wall intelligent construction platform in the project.The actual demonstration of the platform is carried out by taking the overnight residential building project of Qingdao New Airport as an example,and the progress and quality control are carried out.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and outlook,which mainly includes the platform's problems,use prospects,software improvement and so on.This paper mainly chooses the construction management of curtain wall structure,based on BIM-assisted management mode,develops secondary data interface,builds BIM-based construction project management platform,and provides collaborative work platform and integrated management for curtain wall construction process.Software development languages require C language,Java,Java Script,and use Unity,Eclipse software for development.BIM means to analyze the difficult points in the installation process of the curtain wall,and formulate practical and feasible countermeasures.By using 4D simulation and management,more construction safety risks can be excluded during the construction preparation stage and construction stage.Relevant management departments can use BIM information.The model quickly and accurately obtains engineering basic data,formulates accurate human,machine and material plans,and greatly reduces waste of resources,logistics and storage.
