Research On The Repair Strategy Of Lao Cangkou's Negative Space In Qingdao Under The Background Of "urban Double Repair"

In recent years,the rapid development of cities in China has led to the rapid growth and expansion of population and new urban areas.However,with the development of new modern cities and the change of people's life and values,many spatial functions are out of line with the actual needs,which makes some original urban spaces no longer adapt.At the same time,in the past urban spatial planning process,the surrounding areas and environment of the planning space are often not improved.It has caused many planning areas to be relatively independent and difficult to integrate with the surrounding environment effectively,which has resulted in the destruction of the overall layout of the city.These reasons have caused many negative impacts on the urban space.They affect the quality of people's living environment and the transformation of the urban connotation upgrading development.Therefore,it is of great significance for the renewal of the urban negative space.This paper introduces the new idea of Guiding Opinions on strengthening the repair of ecological restoration cities issued by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development in 2017,and based on the negative space theory put forward by Lurais et al and other relevant domestic and international research,explores those unused spaces with poor use status and negative development trend,aiming at Under the guidance of "urban double repair",we will explore the strategies and methods for the passive space renewal in the development of modern cities.Based on the analysis of relevant theories and the resource acquisition and summary of successful cases,this paper constructs the "five points" Renewal Strategy of negative space under the background of "urban double repair" : the repair of spatial function,the repair of boundary interface,the repair of transportation system,the repair of historical context,and the repair of landscape ecology.At the same time,we began to investigate the negative space of Cangkou District in Qingdao,and used the research method of questionnaire to explain and analyze the data in a statistical sense.Through the previous research understanding and data induction as the starting point,the negative space types of the research object are summarized: negative space under the bridge,negative space in the street,negative space in the waterfront,abandoned railway space,and put forward problems and construction and renewal strategies.Finally,the typical space one-to-one corresponding design method is tried to update the negativespace of Cangkou District in Qingdao,in order to provide some useful reference for the construction of urban negative space.
