| Negative space is first proposed by Luranraison. It refers to random, aimless, unplanned space, which is formed naturally. On the basis of this, this thesis makes a new interpretation of it,which refers to the space that is not used and has negative effects on the surrounding areas,or the space in which the use of itself is not good and shows a negative trend. In the process of urban construction and renewal, there are also negative spaces, which are left in every corner of the city, and the environment is extremely poor, resulting in a waste of space, but also has some negative impact on the surrounding environment. So you need to find the right strategy to fix it.In end of 2016,the Ministry of Housing and Construction issued a guiding opinion to strengthen the work of "double repair",in which the idea of renewal and small scale gradual renewal provided a new thinking method and guiding direction for the repair of the negative space of the city.So the purpose of this thesis is to explore the strategies and methods of negative space repair in the main urban area of Kunming under the guidance of urban double repair.First of all,on the basis of deeply understanding the concept of urban double repair, this thesis analyzes and studies the negative space in the main urban area of Kunming, combing out its various problems in the aspects of space function, interface, traffic, landscape greening, activity space and so on.Combined with the concept of double repair and related theories, this thesis puts forward the strategies of negative space repair:find correct points, gradually and sustainably repair, and improve the repair network. Then aiming at the contents of negative space repair, including function, building environment, street space, traffic system, greening landscape, humanistic spirit and so on,then puts forward a set of method system to meet the requirements of urban construction and negative space itself. The feasibility of these repair strategies is discussed through an example design, hoping that the research of this paper has some reference value for the future urban space repair and update. |
