The Shaping Of Narrative Compound Space From The Perspective Of Urban Renewal

Each city has its own memory,while old Liyuan is no longer the former style in the passing times.Qingdao Liyuan is a part of the urban memory,which cannot disappear with the urban development,and its preservation is still the protection and support of the urban context.It carries the history of Qingdao,which is not only a documentary of the life of Qingdao residents,but also an important cultural heritage.Such an architectural form with local characteristics should be better preserved to record the development history of the city.Based on urban renewal to the urban development and the spatial necessity to effectively extend the urban interactivity,according to the renovation of historical buildings in Qingdao and the background research of relevant theories at home and abroad,this paper determines that the concept of organic renewal is suitable for the renovation and upgrading of Qingdao Liyuan.First of all,it generates Qingdao city memory model including visual memory,auditory memory and body memory from urban characteristics,street buildings and life,folk customs and culture through the excavation of Qingdao city memory.Secondly,it summarizes the theoretical content of narrative space and compound space under urban organic renewal and relevant excellent cases at home and abroad.Thirdly,it extracts the specific method of building narrative compound space and implants into the design practice of the renovation of Qingdao Liyuan.Centering on the theme of "Grader Recalling from Inside and Outside",it implants fragmentary place narrative on the basis of the overall space-time narrative.It reorganizes the internal functional formats and uses the placement of the content of the commercial external module space and the public space to shape the narrative complex space.The renewal of Qingdao Liyuan should be an organic renewal of the "living state",which reappears the vitality of the site through narrative means and the memory of Liyuan culture and city,also enhances the value of the site.It establishes a narrative compound space with city identification,transfers the regional culture and place memory to the experiencer,then helps solve the problem of disconnection between the decline of urban historical buildings and the city memory.
