Research On Engineering Quality Management Under EPC General Contracting Mode

In recent years,with the vigorous development of general contracting projects all over the world,China has vigorously advocated the development of general contracting projects and issued many policies to promote the general contracting model.In the process of practicing the general contracting mode,the EPC general contracting mode with the design institute as the leader is getting more and more praise.A design institute seized the opportunity of the times and actively participated in EPC general contracting project.As this design institute participated in the project as EPC general contracting for the first time,it effectively ensured the quality of construction project,which was not only the most important work to improve customer satisfaction,but also a new opportunity for A design institute to establish an industry image.In this paper,the EPC construction project is divided into three stages(design,procurement and construction)to analyze the quality management problems and identify the quality influencing factors,in order to put forward reasonable suggestions and improvement measures for EPC quality management of A Design Institute.On the basis of summarizing project quality management theory and EPC general contracting quality management theory,this paper expounds EPC general contracting project and its management characteristics.By analyzing the case of A project using EPC mode,this paper introduces the characteristics of the company and the project and the current situation of quality control,analyzes the existing quality problems by using expert interview method,and identifies,classifies and revises the factors affecting quality management by using causality diagram and questionnaire survey method.According to the idea of risk management theory,the influencing factors of quality management are studied and evaluated,and the AHP model of quality and influencing factors is constructed by subjective scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,and the corresponding calculation and analysis are completed At the same time,using the idea of hierarchical management for reference,we can classify the influencing factors of quality management,identify the important influencing factors,and maximize the quality management effect under the condition of optimizing resource utilization.Combined with the problems of EPC project quality management in A Design Institute,this paper puts forward several safeguard measures to improve the project quality management in the design process,procurement process and construction process of EPC project.
