Study On Quality Management Of Smunicipal Gas Supply Municipal Projects Under EPC General Contract Mode

With the gradual maturity of urban construction,the construction of various types of urban operation projects and service facilities also ushered in a peak period.Although the construction of municipal gas supply projects can promote the perfection of urban service facilities,if the quality of gas supply projects fails to meet the relevant standards or other quality problems in the construction process,there may be huge potential safety hazards,and even have an impact on the safety of gas users.Coerced.Especially under the EPC mode,this mode is different from the traditional project management mode,and most municipal projects in the EPC mode of application and management of the lack of experience and other issues.Therefore,the quality management of gas supply municipal projects under EPC mode is more important.In this paper,S city gas supply municipal projects as the research object,the use of quality management theory and methods to carry out a specific study.The article is mainly divided into four parts:Firstly,the paper uses the method of literature research to analyze the connotation,characteristics and process of EPC project quality management in municipal engineering,laying a theoretical foundation.Through summarizing the research status of municipal project quality management under EPC mode at home and abroad,and analyzing the quality management theory deeply,this paper clarifies the work content,management process and management characteristics of municipal project quality management under EPC general contracting mode,and lays a foundation for the following research and analysis.Basis and provide theoretical basis.Secondly,the paper analyzes the quality management of EPC project of S city gas supply by using the method of example analysis,and analyzes the problems and reasons in the quality management of EPC project of S city gas energy supply through the collection and analysis of specific project data and information.Thirdly,under the guidance of quality management theory,combined with the current situation of EPC project quality management in S city gas supply,the existing problems and causes,the quality management system of EPC project in S city energy supply is constructed,the specific factors affecting quality management are analyzed,and the framework and content of quality management are further enriched and improved.Finally,the article uses the method of combining theory with practice to put forward specific safeguard measures for the implementation of EPC project quality management system of S city gas energy supply,so as to ensure the practicability and practical value of this study.
