| With the social and economic growth and the continuous development of the automobile market,the number of car ownership increases year by year,and the garage construction can not keep up with the growth of the number of cars.Parking problem has gradually become a major social problem.The limited land use area and the increasing number of cars have become one of the major contradictions in today’s society.Because of its many advantages,the three-dimensional garage has become the main way to solve the parking problem.However,due to the shortcomings of the existing stereoscopic garage,such as long parking time,difficult parking and unstable performance,the utilization rate is low and the promotion is slow.Therefore,the development of high intelligence,high stability,high-performance stereo garage is imminent.In this paper,a vertical lift intelligent three-dimensional garage in a residential area of Xi’an is taken as the research object,and the vertical lift intelligent three-dimensional garage control system is researched and developed.By studying in the basic system software manufacture,the control effect of the upper and the lower computer hone and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages,application prospects and problems of vertical elevating stereo garage are compared and analyzed.The overall control scheme of the garage electric system is designed.The key point of this paper is to design and study computer is given.The development and current situation of stereo garage at and to supplement and optimize the functions of the vertical lift type stereo garage.The system adopts a full set of SIEMENS control system and PROFINET communication mode.The SIEMENS S7-1200 series PLC is selected as the controller.The selection of electrical parts,low voltage electrical parts,motor and frequency converter is selected,and the input and output address of various electrical components are allocated.The hardware configuration of the system is carried out in the SIEMENS map software,and the communication,address distribution and name allocation of PLC controller,G120 inverter,touch screen and laser rangefinder are completed.According to the characteristics of tower garage and the concept of queuing theory,the operation system of the corresponding garage is formulated,and the time mathematical model and energy consumption model of several storage strategies of the three-dimensional garage are established.In the design of the control system software,the host computer and the lower and specific control functions are put forward.The design of the PLC program and the touch screen interface are completed through the SIEMENS map software,and the configuration and interface design of the monitoring system is completed through the WinCC configuration software.The system includes advanced license plate recognition.The stereo garage is unattended.and the users can operate by themselves.At last,the vertical lift type three-dimensional garage is debugged,and the problems in the design are found and solved,and the program of the control system is optimized.The software and hardware are optimized for the security of the system.Finally,the vertical lifting garage is debugged on site,involving the installation and debugging of electrical components and the debugging of the program.In the process of debugging,the problems in the design are found and solved.Finally,the program of the control system is optimized,and the security of the system is optimized by software and hardware. |
