| The rapid development of the economy has led to a sharp rise in the number of private cars,and the problem of parking has become increasingly prominent.The demand for stereo garages is increasing.With the mature development of intelligent technology,the expansion of circuit technology and the widespread use of communication technology,the technical support for the garage control system is provided by the stability and rapidity.Meanwhile these put forward higher demands on the intelligent control system of stereo garage.The working principle,functional structure and implementation of software or hardware for the planar mobile stereo garage are introduced in detail in this thesis.PLC was used as the controller to design the fuzzy PID control system,which is combined with fuzzy control theory,PID control theory,inverter control technology and sensor detection technology.The lifting mechanism is taken as the research object,and the research under different loads.After the collected data is processed by the controller,the corresponding analog signal is output to the frequency converter.Then the converter controls motor to adjust the speed of the elevator,and comparing the simulation results,it is concluded that the fuzzy PID has better control effect than the traditional PID.Finally,the programs are completed by Siemens programming software,which include access control and fuzzy PID control.Realize synchronous tracking adjustment of lifting mechanism about running speed.The configuration software is used together with the host computer for system monitoring.Combined with the touch screen control,the monitoring screen is designed,including the man-machine interface,status display interface and fuzzy PID control system operation monitoring interface.And parameter setting and connection programming are performed to realize automatic switching between interfaces,making it more user-friendly the system more intelligent.Through the experimental simulation,the fuzzy PID algorithm is applied to the lifting mechanism in stereo garage.In the case of load changes,this control strategy which is combined with the advantages of the two algorithms,can dynamically adjust the parameters and the operating speed of the lift motor.It enhances the robustness and reduces the dynamic error of the system.Finally,the mechanism can be smoothly and quickly started and braking control.The results of experiment show that the system based on fuzzy PID control significantly improves the control precision and operating efficiency of the garage,which plays the role of energy conservation and efficiency.And it has broad prospect for application and good economic and social benefits. |
